Manager, Protective Services Unit

This manager will establish a professional, highly prepared protective services capability within Axon’s Global Security organization. The position oversees standards, training, exercises, incident response, leadership development, and continuous improvement for the unit. It also partners with teams such as Facilities, Legal, HR, EHS, and Workplace Experience to support employees, facilities, events, executives, and business operations. The role suits an experienced military, law enforcement, corporate security, emergency response, or public safety leader who can build culture, develop people, and operate effectively in demanding situations. Physical readiness and the ability to perform emergency and law-enforcement-related duties are required.
