Hardware Validation Technician III (Onsite)

This hands-on technician role supports the build and delivery of Axon products at the company’s Phoenix facility. Responsibilities include setting up and operating production equipment, assembling components, monitoring processes, documenting results, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting with new product and process validation. The technician will also contribute feedback to improvement efforts and help maintain accurate quality, production, and equipment records.
