Supplier Quality Engineer II (Onsite)

The role leads supplier quality development for products including conducted electrical weapons, cartridges, counter-drone equipment, and related accessories. Responsibilities include supplier audits, qualification, inspection planning, production part approvals, process capability reviews, and monitoring of corrective actions. The engineer works closely with design, manufacturing, program management, quality, and supply chain teams to reduce defects, control quality costs, and improve delivery performance. The position suits an experienced manufacturing quality professional who is comfortable working with diverse mechanical, electronic, and assembly processes. It is especially well suited to someone with strong auditing, statistical analysis, root-cause investigation, and supplier relationship skills who can travel internationally when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience with manufacturing mechanical, electronic, or assembly processesAt least 3 years conducting supplier or quality-system auditsKnowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or comparable standardsExperience with PFMEA, control plans, 8D, DMAIC, DOE, and root-cause analysisAbility to interpret engineering documentation and travel internationally on short notice
