Crisis Management Program Manager
This position will build Axon’s crisis management program, including its governance model, playbooks, escalation procedures, response standards, and preparedness roadmap. The manager will coordinate significant incidents with teams such as Legal, HR, Workplace, IT, Communications, Manufacturing, and executive leadership, while facilitating crisis meetings and producing clear situation updates. The role also supports executive notification, travel and event preparedness, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement. It will use reporting, automation, artificial intelligence, and other tools to strengthen situational awareness and program maturity. This opportunity suits an experienced crisis management or enterprise resilience professional who can influence senior stakeholders, organize complex responses, and create structure in a developing global program.
