Raytheon Network Services Site Lead (RNSL), Hybrid

This position provides site-level leadership for LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular, and distributed antenna system services across Raytheon facilities. The lead evaluates requests, coordinates delivery activities, tracks readiness and dependencies, supports incident resolution, and communicates risks and progress to enterprise service leadership. The role works closely with business teams, facilities, procurement, finance, internal technology groups, and outsourced providers in a complex matrixed environment. It also contributes to network refreshes, resiliency programs, governance reviews, performance reporting, and service improvement efforts. This opportunity suits an experienced infrastructure or service-delivery professional who is highly organized, comfortable managing stakeholders, and able to work across multiple sites while holding or obtaining a DoD Secret clearance.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 yearsBackground in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, or IT service managementExperience with enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular, or DAS servicesU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearanceStrong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and risk-identification skillsExperience with managed service providers, cross-functional teams, facilities coordination, or ITIL governance preferred
