The Senior Engineer II, Enterprise Applications (User Experience EUC) is the primary engineering and platform owner for ASM's End User Computing ecosystem, overseeing Windows devices, enterprise mobility, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint infrastructure globally. This position combines strategic platform ownership with hands-on technical authority, requiring the engineer to define architecture standards, drive automation initiatives, and establish security baselines across regions while supporting diverse operational and compliance requirements. The role partners closely with UX leadership, cybersecurity, infrastructure teams, and regional operations to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions. Success in this position requires balancing global consistency with regional flexibility, making critical technology decisions about tools and engineering approaches, and serving as the escalation point for major platform issues. This role suits experienced engineers who excel at technical leadership, have deep expertise in endpoint management and cloud collaboration platforms, and can drive organizational change through standardization and automation.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) platforms and enterprise workplace technologiesDeep experience with Windows endpoint engineering, lifecycle management, and zero-touch provisioningStrong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and identity integrationProven track record in enterprise security, compliance, and endpoint protection architectureLeadership experience making technical decisions and governing enterprise platforms across multiple regionsDemonstrated ability to drive automation, monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives
