Yield Development Engineer
This engineer will investigate inline yield trends and defect issues using statistical analysis, data mining, scripting, and dashboarding tools. They will identify defect sources, recommend corrective actions, and lead or support continuous improvement and complex troubleshooting efforts across business and backend manufacturing areas. The position works closely with process engineering, equipment, and other technical groups to connect data findings with process behavior, tool performance, and underlying physics. It suits an analytical, collaborative engineer who can communicate recommendations clearly, manage improvement projects, and work effectively under demanding product timelines. Candidates should have semiconductor yield or related manufacturing experience and be comfortable with tools such as Python, JMP, SQL, and data science libraries.
