Material Program Manager

This position serves as the program-level owner for material planning and execution throughout early development and post-award phases. The manager coordinates among program leadership, engineering, procurement, finance, and suppliers to keep cost, quality, schedule, and material requirements aligned. Responsibilities include developing flexible supply strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, resolving cross-functional issues, producing forecasts, and supporting EAC and Earned Value reporting. The role is part of Raytheon’s Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit and is suited to an experienced supply chain, procurement, subcontract, or program management professional. Candidates should be comfortable with defense acquisition rules, complex supplier relationships, and working onsite in a matrixed environment.
