Information System Security Officer (ISSO) - Tucson, AZ
This onsite cybersecurity position helps maintain the security and authorization of information systems in accordance with NISPOM, DAAPM, JSIG, and related requirements. The ISSO develops security plans, performs audits, supports corrective actions, delivers security training, and manages sustainment activities such as accounts, media, hardware and software changes, and file transfers. The role works closely with the ISSM, facility security personnel, program teams, and government representatives, and may assist with investigating security violations and cyber incidents. It suits a security-minded professional with experience in cybersecurity, IT, systems hardening, compliance auditing, or classified environments. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and must obtain an IAM Level I-equivalent certification within six months if they do not already hold one.
