Implementation Analyst I

This analyst joins Axon’s Global Software and Support organization and works with customers, project managers, solution architects, and product teams to deliver successful software deployments. The position involves gathering business needs, creating user stories and workflow documentation, evaluating solution feasibility, and configuring systems around agency objectives. The analyst will also plan acceptance testing, support training, and account for change-management effects and implementation costs. It suits an early- to mid-career professional who is comfortable solving ambiguous problems, making practical tradeoffs, and collaborating across departments. Experience with process improvement, change management, law enforcement environments, JSON, or SQL would be helpful, and the role requires hybrid work from an approved hub with up to 30% travel.
