Associate Director, Production Control

This leader oversees production control functions spanning demand planning, supply planning, and depot programs within a cross-functional effectors organization. Responsibilities include shaping near- and medium-term strategies, developing staffing plans, guiding a multidisciplinary workforce, and influencing decisions across a matrixed business. The position also owns financial performance, overhead and pool budgets, operational targets, and initiatives focused on cost, schedule, and manufacturing-system improvement. Success requires strong communication, production-control and MRP knowledge, practical troubleshooting ability, and confidence working with senior leaders and program teams. It suits an experienced operations, manufacturing, planning, or supply-chain leader who can develop teams and apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous-improvement methods. The job is based onsite in Tucson, Arizona and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
