This technician joins Intel’s Advanced Packaging Technology Development team, supporting substrate and wafer assembly manufacturing in Phoenix. The work combines equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, data analysis, production support, and resolution of unusual line events. The technician collaborates with Module Engineering on experiments, equipment changes, and data collection while helping keep manufacturing systems reliable. The position also includes maintaining training materials, supporting team certification activities, and contributing to safety forums and emergency response efforts.
