Test Systems Sr Principal Execution Lead

This position sits within RTX’s Test Solutions organization, supporting the design, development, integration, verification, and sell-off of test systems. The leader coordinates electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams while maintaining alignment among schedules, budgets, milestones, and technical readiness criteria. Responsibilities include managing execution risks, supporting earned value and estimate-at-completion analysis, approving technical changes, and partnering with CAMs, program managers, IPTs, suppliers, and customers. The role may oversee sub-IPMs, lead major control accounts, mentor other control account managers, and present performance information to senior leadership. It is well suited to an experienced test-system or engineering execution professional who can influence across functions, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and operate effectively on large defense programs. The position is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the required Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of relevant experienceExperience leading test-system development, integration, verification, and validationKnowledge of EVMS, integrated master schedules, risk and opportunity management, and lifecycle executionExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and large programsStrong communication, analytical, leadership, and cross-functional influencing skillsU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
