Senior Product Designer

This designer will guide complex initiatives from early research and problem definition through polished, production-ready delivery across Nextiva’s unified customer experience platform. They will work across areas such as onboarding, administration, e-commerce, customer conversations, and AI-powered functionality while helping shape product direction. The role involves engaging customers, using research and experimentation to validate ideas, and applying AI-assisted design and development workflows to move quickly. The designer will also strengthen shared design systems and help evaluate or refine frontend implementations with engineers. It suits an experienced, self-directed product designer who is comfortable with ambiguity, communicates clearly, understands technical implementation, and is excited to explore emerging AI tools.
