Senior Engineer I, Radio Frequency Engineering

This engineer will create RF systems and components such as matching networks, amplifiers, couplers, sensors, and related magnetic and micro-strip designs across frequencies from 400 kHz to 2.45 GHz. The position supports the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, analysis, prototyping, debugging, integration, and verification. The engineer will work alongside electrical, mechanical, and embedded teams in an office and laboratory setting, including testing high-power RF hardware safely at levels up to 20 kW. It suits an experienced electrical engineer with strong analog and RF expertise, practical test experience, and the ability to independently manage complex priorities. Candidates with semiconductor equipment or RF generator experience, product-development leadership, and strong communication skills may stand out.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Ph.D. preferredAt least 10 years of relevant RF engineering experience, with possible flexibility for Ph.D. holdersRF circuit design and simulation experience from 400 kHz to 2.45 GHzExperience designing low- and high-power circuits up to 20 kWProficiency with ADS, OrCAD PSpice, Ansys, or comparable simulation toolsHands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high-power RF and mixed-signal hardware
