Structural Analysis Section Leader

This position leads structural analysis activities that protect the integrity and performance of Raytheon products from early design through field support. The leader may develop department methods and tools, guide analysis or test teams, support staffing and career development, and contribute to project proposals and estimates. Technical work includes hand calculations, detailed modeling, structural dynamics using tools such as PATRAN/NASTRAN or ANSYS, peer review, testing, and formal documentation. The role sits within a large Mechanical Analysis and Test team that collaborates across engineering disciplines and serves internal and external customers. It suits an experienced structural analyst and people leader who can work onsite, communicate effectively, and hold an active U.S. security clearance.
