Shop Helper - Machining

This position provides general support across the shop floor, with a primary focus on cleaning and routine facility care. Duties include maintaining floors, offices, restrooms, windows, sidewalks, and waste containers, along with simple painting, plumbing, filter replacement, and other upkeep tasks. The employee helps identify building issues and communicates repair or lighting, heating, or ventilation needs to maintenance leadership. It would suit someone dependable and hands-on who can follow instructions, communicate in basic English, and perform active work involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, and pushing. A high school diploma or GED is required, while prior janitorial experience is helpful.
