Material Operations Analyst

This position sits within Raytheon’s Material Estimating & Pricing organization and focuses on strengthening the systems, procedures, and quality controls used for material proposal development. The analyst examines cost data, bills of material, bases of estimate, and related documentation, while helping ensure adherence to FAR and internal accounting standards. Responsibilities include training estimators, testing enhancements to estimating applications, supporting audits, and leading targeted process or reporting initiatives. Success requires close collaboration with management, proposal teams, system users, and other business partners. The role is well suited to an experienced estimating or pricing professional with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership abilities who understands government contracting requirements.
