Material Operations Analyst

This position sits within Raytheon’s Material Estimating & Pricing organization and focuses on strengthening the systems, procedures, and quality controls used for material proposal development. The analyst examines cost data, bills of material, bases of estimate, and related documentation, while helping ensure adherence to FAR and internal accounting standards. Success requires close collaboration with management, proposal teams, system users, and other business partners. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of experienceU.S. citizenship requiredExperience developing cost proposals, price buildups, or estimating and pricing processesKnowledge of FAR, DFARS, TINA, and federal proposal complianceProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or estimating tools preferredStrong analytical, communication, organization, teamwork, and leadership skills
