The Associate Director, Data & Application Integration will serve as the senior technical authority for connecting enterprise applications with data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Working across application engineering, data engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure groups, this leader will establish integration standards, guide design reviews, and shape long-term technology roadmaps. Responsibilities include defining approaches for APIs, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, replication, and cloud-native services while addressing security, compliance, resiliency, and performance. The position also leads resolution of complex interoperability challenges and mentors architects and senior engineers. It suits an experienced integration and architecture professional who can influence stakeholders across a large, regulated enterprise and drive modernization initiatives.

Requirements

12+ years of relevant experience with a university degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degreeLeadership of large-scale application and data integration programsAdvanced knowledge of APIs, event-driven systems, data pipelines, microservices, and integration platformsStrong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience establishing governance across multiple technical organizationsAbility to design secure, compliant solutions and resolve complex system integration issues
