Equipment Technician

This position works with coating operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep thermal spray equipment and supporting systems reliable and ready for production. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, repairing torch assemblies and material-delivery systems, maintaining data collection tools, calibrating robots, and carrying out preventive maintenance programs. The technician helps resolve production problems and supports the development, delivery, and evaluation of training for coating personnel. The work requires consistent attention to environmental, health, and safety practices, including safe-process planning and chemical-process controls. It would suit a technically trained maintenance professional with industrial equipment experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in robotics, process control, and manufacturing systems.
