Maintenance Coordinator

This position coordinates maintenance work orders from initiation through completion while maintaining equipment files, repair histories, preventive maintenance records, and departmental documentation. It tracks spare parts and consumables, manages inventory transactions, supports purchasing, and follows up on orders and deliveries. The coordinator prepares reports on equipment performance, downtime, inventory, and parts usage, working with technicians, production, engineering, purchasing teams, and vendors. The role also supports workplace organization, safety compliance, and 6S standards in maintenance and storage areas. It would suit a dependable, detail-oriented person who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and use Microsoft Office and maintenance or inventory systems in a manufacturing environment.
